On assignment for Stuff in 2022 with Stuff Journalist Jonathan Killick - we went underground with the team constructing the Central Interceptor pipeline in Auckland, NZ.
"The Central Interceptor wastewater pipe project is the largest tunnel ever bored in New Zealand and will allow an additional 360,000 houses to be built in Auckland."
This job was a definite highlight for me that year - it was amazing to see the enormity of work that was being done for a sewage pipeline.
